TN PULSE Connect is a parent portal to our IEP management platform which can give you access to some of your child’s documents including ILPs, ILP-Ds, 504s, IEPs, meeting invitations, Prior Written Notices, and IEP Progress Reports.
Subject.ai is GCVA’s primary curriculum platform, where students access their core subject course content, assignments, and learning activities.
To log in and view your student’s courses and progress, select “Login with Google” and use your student’s GCS123.net Google account.
Google Classroom is used for GCVA’s daily attendance check-in. Students are expected to complete the attendance question each school day before mid-night.
Parents and guardians may join Google Classroom as a guardian to help monitor their student’s attendance and stay informed about daily check-ins.
ParentVUE is used to view your student's schedule, report cards, turancy documents, transcripts and all other school documents. Activation code to acces this resource is issued by the school. Please contact the school if you are having trouble accessing your ParentVUE account.
